WHO WE ARE

JUSTIN W YUEN

Justin W Yuen is an experienced Trial lawyer who has successfully defended clients facing a wide range of charges including murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, possession and trafficking of firearms and drugs throughout Ontario.

Justin has obtained many acquittals and stay of proceedings at both the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, and has successfully agreed for the exclusion of evidence based on violations of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Justin understands that a criminal charge and process can have devastating impacts on both the person charged and their family. Justin believes in building strong relationships with his Client to fearlessly advocate in their defence.

Justin opened his own practice in March 2018 after his time at another leading criminal defence firm in Toronto. Justin obtained his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Kent, England and his LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto.
